Good thing I left that Slax installation on the laptop. I just hijacked the memory from a battered, failing Presario for my Omnibook, and finally got Slax to boot. It even ran the KDE desktop (though the resolution needs tweaking)! 32MB to 160MB is a huge difference in performance...Slax booted up so fast and smooth.
